Ingredients
Paneer- 1 cup
Onions
Capsicum-1
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
Oil- 2 tsp
Cream- 2tsp
Salt to taste
Grind to Paste
A piece each of clove, garlic and ginger
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 tsp of coriander seeds
1 big tomato
Cut the capsicum and paneer into long strips.
Mix the finely chopped onions, masala paste, oil, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and micro high for one minute.
Add the capsicum, some water and let it cook on micro high for 3 minutes. Make sure you add sufficient water and check once in between.
Finally add the paneer, cream, salt and some more water. Micro high for the final time for 1 ½ minute.
Delicious kadhai paneer is ready to serve.

Malai Kofta
Ingredients
Grated Paneer- 1 cup
Green chillies- 1
Maida- 1 tsp
Baked Potatoes-2
Salt to taste
Oil- 2 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Cream- 4 tbsp
For the masala paste
Tomatoes-2
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 piece of garlic
1 piece of ginger
1 piece of cinnamon stick
2 tsp of coriander seeds
1 finely chopped onion
Coriander leaves and kasuri methi to garnish
Firstly mash the potatoes and add the grated paneer, maida, salt, finely chopped green chilly. Mix well and make small balls of it and micro high them for around 30 to 40 seconds in a microwave safe plate after greasing it with some oil.
In a microwave safe bowl, add 2 tsp of oil, the masala paste and micro high for 3 minutes. Remove, mix well and again micro high for another 2 minutes.
Add the cream, salt and micro high for one minute.
Finally add the koftas and micro high for two minutes. Allow a standing time of two minutes.
Garnish with coriander and crushed kasuri methi leaves.

Dry potato curry
Ingredients
Potatoes- ¼ kg
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Chilli powder- ½ tsp
Mix the cumin seeds with oil and micro high for half a minute. Cut the potatoes into long strips and add it in the bowl with remaining ingredients.
Micro high for at least 6 minutes. Mix well in between once. If the potatoes are still half cooked, micro high for another two minutes.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and serve.

Lemon rasam
Ingredients
Red gram dal- 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lime- 1 small
Mustard seeds- ½ tsp
Asafoetida- a pinch
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Few drops of oil
Curry and coriander leaves
Masala-
Coriander seeds- ½ tsp
Pepper- ½ tsp
Red chillies- 2
Red gram dal- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
Roast the masala ingredients except cumin seeds. Grind it along with cumin seeds to a fine powder.
Cook the Red gram dal with sufficient water, turmeric and few drops of oil at micro high for 15-20 minutes. Check in between and add more water if required.
Add salt, asafoetida, masala powder, dal, curry leaves and micro high for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice to it and season with mustard.

Tomato Rasam
Ingredients
Tomato- 4 to 5 or tomato puree
Red gram dal-4 tbsp
Rasam powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Asafoetida- a pinch
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Few drops of oil
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Cook the red gram dal for 15-20 minutes with sufficient water, turmeric and few drops of oil, checking in between for sufficiency of water.
Add the tomatoes or puree, salt, rasam powder, asafoetida and curry leaves and microwave high for 5 minutes.
Season with coriander seeds and coriander leaves.

Ingredients
Bengal gram dal- ½ cup
Cumin seeds- ¼ cup
Red chillies- 2 cups
Red gram dal-1 cup
Coriander seeds- 3 cups
Pepper-1 cup
Roast them without oil and grind to a fine powder.

Eggless chocolate cake
Ingredients
Maida- 200 grams
Baking powder- 1 level tsp
Baking soda- 2 pinches
Cocoa Powder- 2 tbsp
Butter- 100 grams or Ghee- ¾ cup
Condensed Milk-400 grams
Soft drink 200-300 ml
Essence- ½ tsp
Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl for around 30 seconds on micro high. Now add the condensed milk and beat well.
Sieve the mix of maida, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder around 3 to 4 times.
Add it to the butter and condensed milk mix little by little and blend it well using cut and fold technique.
Add the soft drink to get the required consistency and finally add the essence.
Grease a microwave safe bowl and pour the batter.
Microwave on high without covering it for 6 to 7 minutes.
Decorate the cake as desired using cream and icing sugar or strawberry or cherries.

Sooji ka halwa
Ingredients
Sooji- 1 cup
Sugar- 2 cups
Ghee/oil- 1 tbsp
Water- 2 ½ to 3 cups
Nuts, Cardamom powder.
Mix the ghee and sooji well and micro high for 5 minutes in a Borosil microwave safe vessel. Stir it once very one minute, else the sooji will get burnt.
Add the remaining ingredients and micro high in a covered microwave safe bowl for 5 minutes.
Your sooji ka halwa is ready to serve.
